Your next beautiful hair day is on its way. Here is how to check on your delivery.
Find your dispatch email
Search your inbox and spam folder for your Hair by Paradiso dispatch message. Your order confirmation and dispatch notification are different: a confirmation alone does not mean your parcel has shipped.
Open the carrier tracking link
If your dispatch message contains a tracking link, open it for the latest carrier updates. A newly created tracking number may not show movement until the carrier has scanned the parcel.
Need an update?
Email customer care with your order reference and the email address used for the purchase. If you already have a tracking number, include it too. Please do not send payment card details.
